The Cain Méridional is our latest offer of wine as we experiment with alternate varieties. A blend of 48% Grenache, 27% Mourvèdre, and 25% Tempranillo, the 2023 Cain Méridional is inspired by the classic varieties that make up some of the greatest wines from Spain and southern France. The word speaks of looking to the South, the Sun, the Mediterranean. And in our Mediterranean climate, we wanted to explore what these varieties might yield under the sunny skies of California.
