Sparkling Wine Intertwined with the Land

Our Story Uncorked

In the misty folds of the Russian River Valley, where cool marine air drifts through ancient redwoods and sun-dappled vines curl in rhythmic patterns, Sinnet was born, symbolizing the artful binding of nature, craft, and time.

At Sinnet, we are vineyard people first โ€” believers that great wine begins in the soil. Our farming is intentional and sustainable, rooted in the idea that the vineyard teaches us more than we teach it. Their legacy is in every bottle we make โ€” not mimicked, but respected โ€” through the same dedication to time, patience, and uncompromising detail.

Sinnet, sparkling wine intertwined with the land.

The Art of Sparkling

Sinnetโ€™s sparkling wines reflect meticulous craftsmanship and a deep respect for balance and precision. Extended lees aging brings layered texture and polish, while a fine, persistent mousse delivers an elegant, seamless mouthfeel. Effortlessly versatile, balancing vibrant freshness with layered complexity, and beautifully composed, these wines transition gracefully from aperitif to table, elevating both intimate gatherings and celebratory occasions with timeless sophistication and poise.

We craft our wines using the Mรฉthode Traditionnelle, honoring a tradition brought to Sonoma decades ago by pioneering sparkling houses who saw, as we do, that this place could rival the worldโ€™s great terroirs for elegance and expression.

Meet the Winemaker

Weston Eidson brings both precision and warmth to his role as winemaker. Thoughtful and endlessly curious, he embraces the duality of sparkling winemaking โ€” where technical discipline meets creative instinct โ€” and thrives in the constant pursuit of refinement. Weston approaches each wine with flexibility, humility, and a commitment to crafting bottles heโ€™d be proud to share at his own table. Originally trained in international law, he attended law school in Chicago and later earned a masterโ€™s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick, but after traveling through celebrated wine regions around the world, he fell in love with wine and ultimately found his calling in winemaking.
