This is Cornerstone Cellars' limited-release 30th anniversary bottling! To properly celebrate the occasion, Cornerstone Cellars was pleased to source from the site and vintner that inspired their first vintage: Dunn Vineyards.

There’s nothing like the brawny power of Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from mountain fruit, and this is the perfect example of that. First swirl of the glass reveals classic Howell Mountain aromas of succulent red, black and blue fruit with hints of sage, dried herbs and licorice. First sip reveals a concentrated full-bodied core that is layered with youthful fruit flavors and earthy/mineral accents. The finish lingers with integrated tannins and balanced acidity. This gorgeous wine is showing beautifully now but should evolve over the next 25 years.

A purist expression of Howell Mountain, this Cabernet Sauvignon is big and bold suggesting a dish equally as intense would make a great pairing. Enjoy nut-crusted lamb chops with garlic and herbs and the almost cliché dry-rubbed grilled ribeye.
